Rates & Polices

Policies:

Class schedule and placement must be approved by the Artistic Director.
New Students will be evaluated by a teacher before starting classes.
Tuitions are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late on the 10th of the month. There will be a 10% late fee added to each student’s account.
$45.00 per student registration fee is due at the time of enrollment and yearly every September 1st.
SIB will be closed for major holidays (closure dates will be posted).
All classes must be taken within the calendar month of payment. No adjustments, credits, refunds, or carryovers will be given for missed/unused classes.
Students enrolled in Charter Schools may begin when given a PO#. Parents are responsible for any charges not covered by the Charter School.
NO cell phones in class.
The parent/student must notify the Office Manager when discontinuing classes.
Any changes in your scheduled class times must be approved by instructors – No Drop-Ins.
Students will not be allowed in class if they are more than 10 minutes late.
Allowed one complimentary trial class ONLY!

Please be on time for scheduled lessons and make-up time cannot be given.
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all scheduled private lessons.
There is a discount for once a week or more private lessons paid monthly in advance
Payment must be made in cash or check to the teacher.
